Individual & Family (self-serve)
- Monthly plans: unused time is generally non-refundable except where required by law, or within 7 days of the first paid charge if the account has not been materially used (no paid-tier assessment suite usage beyond Free limits).
- Annual plans: pro-rata refunds may be considered within 14 days of the first charge if seats or features were not materially used.
- Upgrades: unused prepaid value may be credited toward a higher tier when requested within the same billing period.
- Local consumer cooling-off rules may provide additional rights in your market.
Institution
- Seat packs and institution subscriptions follow the order form or invoice terms.
- Unused seats are not automatically refundable after classroom cohorts have been provisioned.
- Pilot institutions may have custom refund terms documented in their DPA addendum.
How to request
Email billing@bacenik.com with your account email, payment receipt or reference, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Confirmed fraud cases are refunded in full.
