Refund Policy

Individual & Family (self-serve)

Monthly plans: unused time is generally non-refundable except where required by law, or within 7 days of the first paid charge if the account has not been materially used (no paid-tier assessment suite usage beyond Free limits).
Annual plans: pro-rata refunds may be considered within 14 days of the first charge if seats or features were not materially used.
Upgrades: unused prepaid value may be credited toward a higher tier when requested within the same billing period.
Local consumer cooling-off rules may provide additional rights in your market.

Seat packs and institution subscriptions follow the order form or invoice terms.
Unused seats are not automatically refundable after classroom cohorts have been provisioned.
Pilot institutions may have custom refund terms documented in their DPA addendum.
